Your campaign page and supporter communications say a lot about your organization before anyone walks through the door. This month's updates give you more control over both, from what supporters see when they land on your page to what your auction winners hear from you after the event.

‍

‍

Record the Yes, Then Send the Invoice

Not every golf foursome or gala table sells through a checkout page. Some of your best supporters just say, "I'm in. Send me an invoice." A board member's friend commits to a foursome in the hallway. A longtime sponsor says "yes" to a table purchase over coffee. Those promises are real. Until they're paid, they live in your inbox, your notes app, or your head.

Now you can record a verbal yes in Pledge It the moment you hear it. Reserve the seats so your capacity shows who's actually coming, then send the supporter an invoice. Each one moves from reserved to paid alongside your other registrations. You always know who's confirmed, who still owes, and who needs a friendly nudge.

Your headcount and fundraising totals stay accurate, your follow-up list is clear and fewer handshake promises slip away before event day. An unpaid yes costs your mission just as much as a no.

Choose Which Shop Products Appear on Your Campaign Page

You can now select which products display in the Shop widget on your campaign page rather than showing everything at once. Products appear in the same order as your Shop dashboard, and you can add an optional description above the display. If all products are turned off, the widget won't show, keeping your page clean when you need it to be.

‍

‍

Answer Supporter Questions Before They Have to Ask

You can now add a FAQ section directly to your campaign page. Use it to address common questions about registration, fundraising minimums, event logistics, or anything else supporters typically reach out about before signing up.

‍

‍

‍

Customize Your Silent Auction Winner Receipt

The receipt your silent auction winners receive after payment is now fully customizable. Edit the headline, message, and thank you note to reflect your organization's voice. Because the first communication a winner receives after the event should feel personal and on-brand.

‍

Add Premium Travel Experiences to Your Auction at No Cost

If you're running a live or silent auction on Pledge It, you can now work with our partner Auction Packages to add premium travel experiences at no cost to your organization. These include resort stays in Mexico, ski getaways to Jackson Hole or Breckenridge, private villa stays in Tuscany, sporting event packages, and more.

Their team works with you directly to find packages that fit your donor base, and everything is ready to drop right into your Pledge It auction. Learn more here.

What This All Means for Your Campaigns

A page that answers questions before they're asked. A verbal commitment that doesn't disappear into an inbox. A receipt that sounds like your organization instead of a payment processor. Each one closes a small gap between what supporters experience and what your team sees on the back end.
