A sold-out event is a milestone worth celebrating. What you do after that is what separates programs that plateau from programs that grow. This month, we're releasing tools to help you keep recruiting when tickets sell out, close out your auction with confidence, and make your campaign easier to find and share.
Keep Recruiting After Your Tickets Sell Out
Selling out is a good problem to have, but it doesn't have to mean the end of your recruitment efforts. The new Waitlist feature in RegFlow lets you automatically collect interest from supporters after a ticket sells out using a custom form. When a spot opens up, you can use the RegFlow dashboard to rank your waitlisted supporters and send an invite to the right person. Available for P2P in-person event and in-person event campaigns.

See the Full Picture After Your Silent Auction Closes
When your silent auction closes, the last thing you want is to hunt down results across multiple tabs. The new Recap page pulls everything together automatically: total amount raised, items won, unsold items, total bidders, successful charges, and any failed charges that need attention. If any payments didn't go through, they appear in a Failed Charges table so you can click through and resolve them quickly.

Live Auction Items Now Display on Your Campaign Page
You can now showcase your live auction items directly on your campaign page, giving supporters a preview of what's up for bid before the event. This update also adds item numbers to live auction items, making it easier to reference and track specific items during the event.

Download QR Codes for Key Campaign Pages
Sharing your campaign just got easier. You can now view and download QR codes for your main campaign page, program page, fundraiser pages, and team pages. This makes it simple to add them to printed materials, event signage, or anywhere supporters might need a quick link to find your campaign.

What This All Means for Your Events
This month's updates are about extending your event's momentum past the moments that used to feel like a finish line: a sellout, a closed auction, a printed flyer. Now each one comes with a way to keep going, whether that's a waitlist ready to fill the next open spot or a recap page that gets you to resolution instead of reconciliation.
