You've run enough events to know what works. This month's updates are about making sure that knowledge doesn't stay locked in your head: duplicate the messages that supporters responded to, take control of how sponsorship packages show up on your campaign page, and finally see which channels are driving results.

Duplicate Messages in Your Message Center

If you've built a message you want to reuse, you no longer have to start from scratch. You can now duplicate any sent, scheduled, or draft message directly within a campaign. Everything carries over: content, settings, and audience. From there, send it, schedule it, or save it as a draft.

More Control Over How Sponsorship Packages Display

The Sponsorship Packages display now lets you control the order packages appear, choose which packages appear in the display, and customize an optional description that appears above the packages. This means you can group your sponsorship options into custom categories and ensure that sponsors see exactly what you want them to see, presented the way you intended.

Countdown Timer Now Available on Your Public Auction Page

Supporters can now see exactly how much time is left before your auction opens or closes. A countdown bar displays at the top of your public auction page, showing days, hours, and minutes remaining in your campaign's primary color, creating urgency and keeping bidders coming back at the right moment.

See Where Your Campaign Traffic Is Coming From

If you're promoting your campaign across email, social media, and your website, source tracking tells you which channels are actually driving registrations and donations. Enable it once at the organization level, add UTM parameters to your campaign URLs, and Pledge It captures the source behind every donation, registration, shop purchase, and raffle entry made from a tracking link.

When it's time to review results, source tracking data appears directly in your Donations, Participants, Orders, and Paid Transactions reports, so you can see exactly what's working and make smarter decisions about where to focus next time.

What This All Means for Your Campaigns

Every one of these updates turns something you already know into something the platform now does for you: a message that worked once, a sponsorship structure you've refined, an auction deadline that needs urgency, a channel that's actually converting. Less rebuilding, more reusing what already works.
